Fitness and Wellness at Strawberry Creek

The Fitness Center at Strawberry Creek features state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight training equipment. With six Life Fitness Treadmills, a Life Fitness Cross Trainer, Three Precor EFX Cross Trainers, and two Life Fitness Stationary Bikes...you will be able to work on your cardiovascular fitness while listening to your ipod or watching your favorite television show on a LCD touch screen on EVERY piece of equipment! With 9 Lemond RevMaster Spin Bikes and certified instructors, you can also take a Group Cycling class to add some variety and intensity to your cardio routine. 

 A complete full circuit of Life Fitness weight machines will allow you to work your entire body from head to toe.  There are also dumbbells in pairs from 5-100 pounds, as well as barbells from 20-110 pounds. In addition, the fitness center includes weight plates for use on Olympic benches, and a Smith Machine!  A dual-adjustable pulley machine tops off the perfect combination of weight training equipment! Finally, add some additional exercises with Swiss balls, medicine balls, tubing, and jump ropes.

Our Certified personal trainer and Fitness Coordinator Kris Leslie, is available to create individualized programs to meet each member's personal life and fitness goals. Under the direction of Certified, degreed and highly experienced instructors, you can also take pilates and yoga classes and many others!

Designed to be a calming oasis in the midst of the Wisconsin bustle The Spa at Strawberry Creek offers soothing treatments for your mind, body, and spirit. Members can take advantage of exquisite treatments including massages, manicures, pedicures, and facials. The spa's well-trained staff will pamper you with the latest therapies. A peaceful environment with light music adds to the relaxing atmosphere.

From Memorial Dav weekend thru Labor Day, Tuesday - Sunday...you will find kids of all ages at the resort-style pool complex!  The zero-depth walk-in children’s pool is perfect for the younger kids with plenty of interactive sprays and fountains,as well as a slide to keep them entertained for hours.  The large activity pool features a pair of basketball hoops, bench seating, and 3 lap lanes for the serious swimmer looking for a great workout.   There is also plenty of space available for just splashing around!

Relax in one of the many lounge chairs surrounding the pools, get a bite to eat or a smoothie from the Family Grille, and socialize with all of your friends in a great family atmosphere!

Swimming lessons and Water Aerobics classes are also available July-August with our professional, experienced and certified lifeguard staff.

SPECIAL "Dive-In Movie" nights and numerous pool deck parties are planned every year for those perfect summer nights at the club...

Additional Pool Information

•    The pools will be open Memorial weekends through Labor Day weekend.

•    Hours are Tuesday through Sunday – 11:00 am-8:00 pm, weather permitting.

•    Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian/nanny.

•    Swim diapers are mandatory in the Children’s Pool.

•    No children in swim diapers are permitted in the Main Pool.

•    Fresh towels are available poolside and in the men’s & women’s locker rooms.

•    Certified Lifeguards are on duty every day the pool is open.

If you are a tennis buff, the tennis courts are available for you to get in a great workout or enjoy some recreational play. The courts are open Tuesday-Sunday to help you perfect on your game.
